Our typical client journey starts with a comprehensive audit of either User Experience or Workplace Inclusion. We can then support you to implement practical solutions driving organisational change.

We'll listen to your unique organisational needs at every stage to ensure we create maximum benefit – for employee engagement, brand reputation, and customer satisfaction.

User Experience Audit

​We perform a thorough exploration of how a neurodivergent person may interact with your product/service/experience, producing a report detailing the entire user experience. We identify areas of inaccessibility and make recommendations for solutions/improvements.

Solution services we can provide

Preparation Content​

We create content that ensures neurodivergent people are sufficiently prepared to engage in your experience. We assess what types of resources will be most appropriate for your offering and create those materials with a neurodivergent lens.

Co-Production​

Creation, Facilitation & Analysis. We design a bespoke co-production approach for your organisation to include: training your staff for delivery; facilitating the co-production activities; and assisting as external consultants in the analysis of any involvement activities.

Training​

We consult on your training strategy and support with the development and delivery of workshops to ensure your staff have appropriate understanding of the experiences of neurodivergent colleagues and service users. We can offer our bespoke sessions for delivery as part of this.

Lived Experience Curation

We work with you to curate content for marketing and user experiences. This can include consultation on strategy, creation and review of content, and connection with relevant speakers to enhance the diversity of voices being reflected. 

Workplace Inclusion Audit

​We examine your workplace from a neurodivergent employee's perspective identifying recommendations to ensure you're maximising talent. This will include a review of policies, the entire employee lifecycle, workplace culture, and your specific neurodiversity supports approach.

Solution services we can provide

Individual Employee Supports​

We consult on an individual level for neurodivergent employees requiring a more specific level of support to be able to perform their best at work. This could include: a formal workplace needs assessment to identify appropriate reasonable adjustments; training for the line manager and/or team; or a series of mentoring sessions with the individual to identify working strategies. 

Training

We consult on your training strategy and support with the development and delivery of workshops to ensure your staff have appropriate understanding of the experiences of neurodivergent colleagues and service users. We can offer our bespoke sessions for delivery as part of this.

Employee Relations Consultations

We support your HR/ER teams to develop processes for supporting neurodivergent employees on strategic and individualised levels. We help to identify patterns of need and workplace adaptations that could prevent individual needs arising and maximise the output of your teams.

Policy Creation

We examine your existing processes and support you to develop a robust framework for supporting neurodivergent employees. We support you to embed neuro-inclusion into all your policies, focussing on key transition points in the employee lifecycle.

ERG Empowement

We support you to establish or empower an ERG that champions your neurodivergent employees.  This can include collaboration with your Neurodiversity/Disability ERG leads to equip them with the tools to drive engagement, community and advocacy within your neurodivergent population.

Sensory Workplace Assessments

We analyse the sensory experience of employees and visitors in your work environments to provide clear guidance for improvements to accessibility, including reviews of signage, quiet & sensory rooms, and general working areas.​
