We're experienced trainers, having delivered sessions in corporate settings across dozens of sectors including transport, events, and professional services. We're as comfortable presenting to hundreds of attendees as we are in 1-2-1 settings. 

Connor sat on the steering group for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training that all health & social care staff in England and Wales must complete, helping to design and deliver sessions.

Our Training Approach

In our training we preach that “one size never fits all” so why should our training packages?
We offer a range of training packages that we tailor to your organisational needs, ensuring that your staff are fully equipped to empower neurodivergent people in your environment. 

Our Neurodiversity Essentials training gives an overview of neurodiversity to anyone  new to the concept, whilst modernising the understanding of those who are already familiar with it. This session comes in three lengths to provide the appropriate level of detail and context to suit your needs.

You can supplement this training with our optional add-on modules, to create a bespoke package that equips your teams with the right tools to create change.

Inclusive Delivery

We take a flexible and inclusive approach to delivering training, to create the most effective learning environment. All sessions contain a mix of dynamic presentations, interactive activities, and quiet reflection time to allow our audiences to thoroughly engage with the complexities of the topics covered.

We combine practical strategies with lived experience insights to empower your teams to apply their learnings for immediate impact.

Our Neurodiversity Essentials sessions are the heart of our training packages, covering a comprehensive and modern understanding of neurodiversity as a whole, with a particular focus on autistic experience.

Add-On Modules​

Our Add-On Modules are designed to compliment our Neurodiversity Essentials sessions, providing the most tailored experience for your organisation. They can be added to our Advanced or Pro packages. These modules can be delivered within your training day in-person or at a later date virtually, each module is designed to be 90 minutes.

We give you the tools and terminology to speak to and about the neurodivergent experience, ensuring your language resonates powerfully in marketing, UX, and grant applications.

Long-term impacts

We explore the consequences of exclusion for neurodivergent people, including the long-term impacts on physical and mental wellbeing and different presentations of distressed behaviour, so your team are equipped to support neurodivergent people with complex needs.​

Empowering neurodivergent employees

We equip your HR and leadership teams with the strategies and insights to drive neuro-inclusion in the workplace – covering the business case, line management best practise, and a comprehensive understanding of adjustments and accommodations.

Creating inclusive spaces

We explore the practical accessibility considerations that go into creating neuro-inclusive environments – including examining general spaces from a sensory & social perspective, designated spaces for regulation, and the responsibilities of public-facing team members.

Legislation

We offer a deep dive into the legislation protecting and serving the neurodivergent population – covering the Equality Act 2010, the Human Rights Act, the Mental Capacity Act, recent case law, and the realities of reasonable adjustments.

C​o-production

We examine the benefits and practical applications of authentic co-production, ensuring you're embedding the neurodivergent user experience in your design processes – including best practise for accessible surveys, interviews, and response analysis from the neurodivergent perspective.
